Arthur Shelley is the Founder and CEO of Intelligent Answers, a niche consultancy focused on capability development and knowledge strategy. In his former role of Global Knowledge Director at Cadbury Schweppes, he initiated and facilitated virtual global communities to leverage knowledge, exchange ideas and increase productivity. He is the author of Being a Successful Knowledge Leader and The Organizational Zoo, A Survival Guide to Workplace Behavior. Arthur is also the Knowledge Management Coordinator for RMIT University’s MBA program and conducts research on knowledge strategy and behaviours.
